Conformance with support is the key. Conformance is defined as the way the mattress fits your back, support is defined as not letting the heavier portions of the body to sag (like a hammock). Comfort can be described as what the bed feels like when you first go to bed. Support is defined as how you feel after 8 hours in that bed. If a person confuses firmness with hardness they will normally choose the wrong bed. A hard bed prevents conformance therefore you end up being supported by your head, shoulder blades, hips, calves and heels. Nothing is cradling the small of your back, which is one of the major reasons for back pain. The PLUSH and ULTRA PLUSH beds give you comfort and support.

Advice:

If number 1,2 and 3 are important to you, plan to spend a minimum for a queen set of $500 to as much as $3,000. The difference is how much you want to be pampered. Most Americans understand three of the four components of wellness. First is nutrition, second is exercise, third is stress management and equally as important is sleep. Eight hours of restful continuous sleep. The sleep set you select is a critical part of that fact. Many Americans think they can cheat Mother Nature and get along with only 6 or 7 hours of sleep and they think that old mattress is good enough.
